Pierre Van Ryneveld Christian Academy is located in Centurion. Pierre van Ryneveld Christian Academy was established in January 2001 at the nursery school building previously known as Pierryntjie Nursery School. Using The ACE curriculum since the beginning PvRCA opened its doors with a total of 16 learners: eight GR 1's and eight other learners in the rest of the school with a total of 2 teachers excluding management.

During 2003 we built the double story classroom but only completed the top story, leaving the bottom part open for more playground area. Finally in 2007 the ground floor was completed after we got permission to use the playground area next to the school. Sports grounds for our students was developed at the end of 2012.

The school building now consists of 13 classrooms including the Computer Class and Media Centre.
In 2015 we added the IMPAK curriculum making it possible to write the National Senior Certificate. This is a significant development in the school's future as by this we now make it possible for the whole community to get schooling in both Afrikaans and English.
