Academy

Our Academy programme was founded to flexibly cater for the unique demands that sports people/entrepreneurs/artists/actors have. They require more time to train, play and compete and this often clashes with their academic education.

We have created a flexible educational option for Academy students where they can pursue their dreams, without compromising their academics. This enables students to be flexibly be part of a school and community whilst fulfilling their goals.

?We have partnered with an International Sports Management company, International coach’s and trainers who can help advise aspiring youth athletes on their optimal career choices.

?Our academic offering is NCAA and NAIA compliant. Included in our annual fee is a US College placement service. We have a 100% scholarship placement record, with many of our sports students securing scholarships and making the Dean's list.

The following forms the basis of our offering:

The Cambridge curriculum - This international curriculum is widely regarded as the best in the world. Taught in 160 countries and in over 10 000 schools it is an Internationally recognized secondary education qualification. Most importantly it is extremely flexible, in that it has many different ways for our students to Matriculate with exemption. Which means we can personalise the academic standard of education for every student.

?Mentoring - In the modern world formal academic qualifications are not key differentiators in the way they once were. Additional skills and abilities are now required. One of the most important is the ability to adapt to change. It is likely that due to technological disruption our world may change rapidly so those that can adapt most effectively will thrive. Helping our teenagers to develop these capabilities is one of our priorities.

?Coaching - Setting goals and achieving them are, in our view, essential skills for teenagers to develop. We believe that the feelings and sensations of achievement are necessary for teenagers to experience during this formative stage of their life. Therefore we coach and facilitate them to plan and set goals.
