We believe in creating well-rounded and respectable individuals who will find ease in upholding self-discipline and contribute to making sound ethical decisions when faced with complex decisions or within diverse environments.
Leadership is about vision and responsibility not power. Learners are molded into well-rounded individuals who are able to exhibit their strengths and skills which they acquire through their Pepps journey and use this as a weapon to inspire others whilst being inventive in various aspects of their lives.
Pepps is proud be an Eco-School, we strive to teach our learners how to recycle and make use of sustainable resources to preserve our environment. Throughout the year learners take part in various awareness events in support of the community.
Little children learn best through play. PEPPSs progressive curriculum ensures that our preschool pupils learn while developing their gross and fine motor coordination. We also emphasis emotional regulation and spiritual growth. Pre-schoolers are naturally curious and this curiosity is harnessed as our pupils are encouraged to ask questions and think independently.
Each class has a maximum of 30 pupils guided by a teacher and an assistant. Outdoor-play, water-play and mud-play are encouraged over and above indoor age-appropriate activities. PEPPS prioritizes building the self-esteem of our pupils and disciplining them with dignity.
All teaching takes place in English.
Our language of instruction is English and we are committed to developing the creative and cognitive abilities of our pupils. Independent thinking skills are prioritized and each pupil is encouraged to develop holistically. Involvement in the extra-curricular programme is expected and each child is given opportunities to contribute to a number of social responsibility initiatives.
We maintain high academic standards and excellence pervasive in the work that is done. Project Based Learning (PBL) is one of the ways in which we prepare pupils for the 4th Industrial Revolution. This methodology has been shown to improve learning retention and interest. Computers are integrated into the learning at all levels of the school. We also offer lessons in philosophy and ethics as well as social and emotional skills.
Leadership is explicitly addressed through our curriculum since our motto is Creating Tomorrows Leaders. Each pupil is guided towards being the best version of themselves. Pupils and teachers work positively together in order to enhance the educational experience Discipline with dignity is a philosophy that speaks to constructive relationships within the school environment.
The campus has over a 100 indigenous trees and plants which provide a serene and calming learning environment for our pupils. We are an Eco-school and encourage our community to care for the environment through various initiatives, including recycling.
PEPPS ensures an educational journey that is unique for each child. The aim is to create conscious individuals who are able to interact and function within multicultural and diverse environments, with ease.
