Sagewood Preparatory School Pre-School is located in Gingindlovu. We opened in 1997 and have grown from starting with 20 pupils to around 100 pupils.  Sagewood is a co-educational school.  Our pupils enjoy a family environment surrounded by a huge polo field and sugarcane fields.

We are a small independent school, registered with ISASA (Independent Schools of Southern Africa). Our school is run with a Christian based ethos.  With small classes and experienced teachers, we are able to give our pupils the attention and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.

Feedback from High schools show that our pupils have a good work ethic and are confident young adults with independent thinking and studying skills.

As our school grows in size, Sagewood has still managed to retain the friendly family ethos which makes our school a very special place.

Sagewood is a member of the Independent Schools of Association of Southern Africa (ISASA)

Sagewood is registered with the KwaZulu Natal Department of Education. EMIS number 321937

We undergo an IQAA evaluation (Independent Quality Assurance Agency) every 5 years and are proud to report that Sagewood always meets their requirements and we receive excellent results in our assessments.
