Throughout the preschool the grade 00’s start their educational journey in the capable hands of teacher Theresa and her assistant, teacher Maria. Here the learners are nurtured and exposed to a variety of age appropriate activities. They also commence with Mandarin lessons in a relaxed atmosphere. Songs and the oral extension of vocabulary and repetition form the basis here.

In Grade 0, under the capable hands of their teachers, further learning is achieved in small sized classes through structured activities that holistically focus on developing the learners. Mathematics is all about having fun, so activities are practical, yet stimulating while focussing on problem solving. The learning of Mandarin is further extended through games, cultural events and songs. Learners actively participate in sport and cultural activities, where chaos is transformed into organised excitement.

All the goals of our preschool are achieved in a safe and secure environment and promote love, respect and self-confidence. We follow the prescriptions from the Department of Education, along with the Curriculum guidelines endorsed by ISASA and SAHISA. Our dedicated and fully qualified staff has a passion to equip these little ones to be ready to move on to the ‘big school’.
